2026-06-26 - PGCE API live

`pgce.hellgaming.nl/api` is online with JWT auth, server registration, validation, match lifecycle and leaderboard endpoints.

2026-06-26 - Smoke test passed

Register, login, validate, server register, match start and match end were all tested end-to-end with live records written to the stream database.

2026-06-26 - Repo collaboration flow

Bruno API collection added to the repo, PGCE SSH access fixed, and the website now uses live project art from the current repository.
